NURIX is a platform that aggregates and presents movie and TV content, helping users search, browse information, and track titles. Some content (movie data, images, subtitles, playback links) is aggregated from third-party sources/APIs. NURIX does not produce movie content itself and does not guarantee the continuity, completeness, or absolute accuracy of this aggregated content.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity under your account is considered your responsibility. NURIX reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems, databases, or other users' accounts; (c) distribute malware, spam, or harmful content; (d) copy or redistribute NURIX content for commercial purposes without permission; (e) post comments that are abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.

By posting comments or other content on NURIX, you grant NURIX the right to display that content on the platform. NURIX may (but is not obligated to) review, edit, or remove content that violates community guidelines without prior notice.

NURIX's brand, interface, source code, and design elements are owned by NURIX. Movie content, images, and cast information displayed on the platform remain the copyright of their respective producers/data providers (including TMDB and other movie data partners).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is," without any warranty of continuity, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. NURIX is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including interruptions caused by third-party data sources.
7. Changes to These Terms
NURIX may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
