    Account information (display name, email, hashed password, avatar if uploaded); watch history and viewing progress; favorites list; comments you post; device information when pairing a TV via QR code; and basic technical data (browser type, IP address to the extent needed for security and spam prevention).

    We use data to: operate accounts and authenticate logins; store watch progress and favorites so you can continue watching across devices; show relevant content recommendations; maintain system security (preventing unauthorized access, rate limiting); and improve service quality.

    3. Cookies and Local Storage

    NURIX uses session cookies to maintain login state, and browser localStorage to remember certain display preferences (such as grid/list view for episodes). You may clear this data at any time through your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected afterward.

    4. Third-Party Sharing

    NURIX calls third-party services to retrieve movie data, images, and cast information (including TMDB and other movie data sources); an image hosting service (Cloudinary) when you upload an avatar; and anonymous traffic analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

    5. Data Storage and Security

    Passwords are stored in hashed form and cannot be reversed. We apply reasonable security measures (CSRF protection, rate limiting, input validation) to limit unauthorized access, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

    6. Your Rights

    You may access and edit your account information from the Profile page, and may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

    7. Children's Privacy

    NURIX is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from this age group. If we become aware of such a case, we will delete the relevant information.

    This policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is posted on this page.
